In May of 1997, a few young restaurateurs came to Dallas with the vision of restoring Fuddruckers to its original roots. So, Daltex Restaurant Management, Inc. was founded by David Futrell, Ernest Crawford and Marc Futrell. They met with the concepts originator, Phil Romano to discuss operations and their visions of operations.
