New Member Application

We are happy that you are considering joining our club.  We would appreciate you taking the time to read the Eligibility and Requirements section.  You will acknowledge and agree to said terms by submitting this form.  We ask that you print a copy of this form for your records. You will need to set up a one-on-one meeting. This meeting should include two regular members and one board member. This is part of the approval process.

Member Eligibility Information and Requirements:

1. Premier Network Group meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 11:30am-1:00 pm.
2. The member must be in good standing with their current company, entity or employer.
3. Prior to acceptance of an application, the potential member must complete three (3) one-on-oneʼs with the last meeting being with a member of the board. Once the meetings have been completed, the three current members will recommend the potential member.
4. Refer business within the group. Consider the members of PNG an extension of your sales force!
5. Membership is $100/year and exclusive membership is $150/year.
6. The yearly membership fee is non-refundable.
7. If a member decides to allow his or her membership to expire (by the second meeting of the new year), then the spot will be announced as open. If the member wishes to rejoin the group, the potential member must fulfill all the member requirements for application and approval. Should the said member reapply within one year of the expiration of their membership, the full dues payment will be required.
8. The dues-paying member must personally be in attendance or send a company representative to fill in.
9. Only one business type is allowed per paid membership.
10. If two or more potential members are interested in joining PNG, an application must be submitted, and the active membership will be given the opportunity to vote for their preferred candidate. A simple majority vote will be needed (no quorum required) and when the voting period is over, the potential member will be invited to join.
11. If an Exclusive member misses more than one meeting in a 2-month period without notifying the board secretary of their absence, the spot will become non-exclusive.
12. PNG uses Facebook for group announcements and meeting communications. Members are encouraged to join the group on Facebook to stay on top of meeting dates and times.
