Acclaim Homecare is a non medical non skilled home health care agency, licensed by the State of Texas. We offer CNAs, Caregivers, Sitters and Companions to seniors and other adults ages 21 and up, in the DFW metroplex, in need of personal assistance, while observing COVID 19 protocols. Our services are available to our clients from 4 to 24 hours per day and our rates vary depending on the client's needs. Our care providers offer a variety of services including but not limited to: concierge services, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, shopping, toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, cleaning, skin/hair care, feeding, companionship and much more! Prior to being hired, our care providers undergo a thorough screening process which includes: a complete background check, employment eligibility verification, communication skills assessment, and a comprehensive competency exam. The agency provides continuous training and supervision for all our care providers.
Before service begins, a care professional visits the client’s home and provides a free assessment of the individual’s environment (safety issues), evaluates the client’s condition and develops a customized Plan of Care that addresses the client’s home healthcare needs. Once the plan is developed, a trained care provider(s) will follow the care plan to provide quality care and companionship. Our goal is to maintain a constant care provider for each client. This enables the care provider to be knowledgeable on the needs of the client and thus builds a great relationship between the care provider, the clients and their families.
We accept mainly private pay, VA/Triwest Benefits, long term care insurance, worker's compensation, and some commercial insurances.
