Event Planning & Design
Lisa Hansen – Artful Conception
Over the years designing exhibits and working with other event planning professionals it has become more of a passion than I ever realized. During the 2020-2022 years when the industry I had belonged to for so long suffered the largest economic downturn in decades – that passion became more apparent to me than ever before. I realized that not only did I have a true passion for designing the architectural structures for event experiences but blurred into the lines of coordinating and planning the experience as well.
During 2015-2019 while living in the Chicago suburbs I was a part of a Junior Women’s club that produced several fundraising events yearly for various community organizations benefiting different groups in the community; Ronald McDonald House, Make a Wish, Feed My Starving Children, Operation Support Our Troops, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will County, Relay for Life and too many local efforts to name. Those were precious years of building great community relationships and life-long friendships that I would like to continue to grow here in our local Texas communities.
As a creative, the excitement I find when solving an ask is there regardless of what the challenge is. As an event designer and planner, I can help ensure that everything related to an event is taken care of, from idea conception, preparations, and day-of logistics. As I continue to grow my experience as a planner; scouting locations, soliciting bids, managing vendor relationships and client communications, creating, and negotiating contracts, and managing budgets are all typical functions I would perform in that role.
My goal is that my client enjoys their event – focusing on the day of enjoyment and none of the behind-the-scenes magic. I humbly charge myself with creating beautiful and engaging experiences, bringing visions to life.
